Jim is a charismatic leader and active change agent with a broad background in strategic development & planning, applied digital strategy, effective system/process design, and operational planning and management. With 35+ years of experience, Jim has delivered measurable and sustainable results in multiple markets and industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare. Jim is a graduate of the University of Norte Dame with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and he received his MBA from DePaul’s Driehaus College of Business.
