As a seasoned technology Sales & Business Development executive, Rick has successfully led enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams in a range of companies, from Fortune 500 giants to startups, with a particular emphasis on information security, SaaS, and managed services solutions.

Rick has a proven track record of recruiting, retaining, and motivating high- performance teams to meet ambitious growth targets, all while being an active and collaborative member of the Executive Team.

With over 35 years of experience, ranging from AT&T to venture funded start-up companies, Rick has led successful teams in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, achieving measurable and sustainable results across various markets including Healthcare, Federal Government, Financial Services and Industrial sectors.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco College of Business. Residing in the Chicago area, Rick enjoys the outdoors and has served as Past President, Membership Chairman, and Board Member of the prestigious Golden Gate Wine Society.
