We are excited to welcome Dominique Jackson as the newest member of the VentureDNA team. Working alongside our Managing Partners, Dominique will focus on driving client engagement and strengthening operational efficiency across the organization, including our new Debt Advisory practice.
A proven executive leader with more than two decades of global experience, Dominique has built his career at the intersection of enterprise operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation across defense, government, and private sectors. He has consistently delivered transformative outcomes in business process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational development—fueling growth, market expansion, and long-term value for clients.
A retired U.S. Navy Commander with 21 years of service, Dominique directed multi-billion-dollar operations in over 35 countries, managing engineering systems, weapons systems, and combat systems assets. He has led projects with senior Department of Defense leadership, including the Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His expertise spans P&L oversight, risk mitigation, governance, and large-scale program execution—aligning executive strategy with operational delivery to achieve scalable growth and sustain competitive advantage.
Dominique has worked extensively with federal agencies, allied forces, and leading defense contractors such as General Dynamics, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, RTX, and Deloitte.
