Billy Bailes is our newest member of the
VentureDNA team, joining as an Associate in the Debt Advisory group. He works closely with our Managing Partners to drive client engagement, foster strategic partnerships, and support business development initiatives within the healthcare sector.
With over two years of experience in medical sales, Billy has built a strong track record of cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. His expertise spans the specialty area of spinal fusion, where he has successfully introduced and supported the adoption of innovative products in complex clinical environments. His consultative approach ensures that client needs are met with tailored solutions that align with both business goals and improved patient outcomes.
Before joining VentureDNA, Billy excelled in representing leading medical device and pharmaceutical products, navigating the regulatory landscape and reimbursement processes with precision. He has also mentored junior sales representatives, led cross-functional teams, and contributed to the development of effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Billy’s passion for enabling healthcare providers to deliver the best possible care—paired with his strategic mindset and strong communication skills— positions him as a valuable resource to our clients. Outside of work, Billy is an avid single digit handicap golfer and an active member of the Chicago District Golf Association (CDGA).
